Every gift is wrapped with care and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Processing usually takes 1–5 days. Delivery within Australia is around a week, and to the USA, Canada, and Europe usually takes about two weeks.

How can I avoid unexpected costs?

We recommend allowing for approximately 10–20% of your order total to cover possible import duties and administrative fees. The exact amount varies by country and by carrier.

Unfortunately, because our products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Always check your order carefully before purchase to make sure everything is correct. Including the spelling. If the item arrived broken or misspelled (by us), please contact us immediately!

When you contact us, please include a photo of the item and a brief description of what happened. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is a problem, we want to make sure it is resolved and that you are happy with your purchase!
